Sara completed her academic training in biotechnology at the University of Oviedo.

Her professional background is in biomedical companies focused on biochemistry and genomics where she was involved in the dissemination of scientific communications, sales and marketing activities.

She is also a member of CAXXII and involved in volunteering initiatives to make STEAM careers more accessible and promote intercultural communication.
