Sandra is the head of the innovation department at Bioquochem SL.

Her educational background includes a Biotechnology degree and master in the University of Oviedo and further academic training at Cranfield University (UK).

She has previously worked in R&D laboratories of different international companies in the food and pharma sector and in 2020, joined the BQC R&D lab for project development.
