BQC Total Carotenoids Assay Kit is a simple and fast test for the quantification of carotenoids in a wide variety of samples.

BQC Carotenoid Assay Kit measures the total carotenoid content present in a sample. The assay involves extracting carotenoids with an organic solvent, followed by spectrophotometric analysis at a specific wavelength (452 nm).

Carotenoids concentration in a sample is determined from a calibration curve using the β-carotene as standard.
