KP06003 | DCFH-DA Probe | Intracellular ROS Assay Kit
190.00€ – 340.00€ TAX excl.
2’-7’dichlorofluorescin diacetate (DCFH-DA) is a cell-permeant reagent fluorogenic dye that measures hydroxyl, peroxyl, and other ROS activity in the cell. After cell uptake, DCFH-DA is deacetylated by cellular esterases to a non-fluorescent compound, which is later oxidized by ROS into 2’-7’dichlorofluorescein (DCF). Then, DCF can be detected by fluorimetry, flow cytometry or fluorescence microscopy, with maximum excitation and emission spectra of 495 nm and 529 nm, respectively.
DCFH-DA probe is a READY TO USE probe suitable for:
Sizes: 250, 500 and 1000 tests
Expiry date: 1 year
Storage: -20 ºC
Assay time: 90 minutes
Reagents: Reagent A, Reagent B, and Reagent C
